A suite of bespoke automation processes for Castlegate Investments, which standardised employee
time recording and charging reporting mechanisms used within the company. Before automation, these processes were
carried out manually and were very time intensive. Each staff member had a unique and separately developed process
for completing the exact same tasks. This lead to errors within their processes, which meant that valuable time needed
to be spent validating the final results. The automation processes were designed to minimise the amount of manual
intervention, resulting in a more efficient and highly accurate recording and reporting system.

Intrinsic Financial Services
An application which accepted the input of various financial values from the client, including commissions, protection,
investment and general insurance information, by means of a graphical form. This input was then processed and various options
were then made available to the user such as Save, Print etc. This is a stand-alone application written within an Excel workbook,
that can be used to obtain information from clients and to provide them with immediate output.

Cannon Mortgages
An application which allows the company to keep track of all customer financial information such as client address and telephone
details, financial information including fee income, mortgage details, buildings & contents information and life cover details. Main
processes within the application included create, change and delete record, list management (for creating their own drop down
lists within the graphical forms of the application) and user administration to allow the company to create their own usernames and
passwords for entry in to the application.
